Convey Law’s Charity Lotto Raises Over £19k in Quarter One for Welsh Cancer Charities
Convey Law, Wales’s leading conveyancing legal practice is proud to announce the success of its quarter-one Charity Lotto fundraising efforts. The initiative, which raised money for LATCH Welsh Children’s Cancer Charity, Velindre Cancer Centre, and Prostate Cymru, has raised a total of £19,698.75, which will be distributed equally among the three charities.
The Charity Lotto, which was launched in 2009, allows Convey Law clients to donate £10 to the company’s chosen charities through their transaction. The funds raised are then used to support vital research, provide care and support for cancer patients and their families, and raise awareness.
The Q1 Charity Lotto was an enormous success, with clients contributing generously to the cause. The funds raised from this challenge will be combined with the Convey Law staff and Director’s 10,000 steps per day challenge, which brings the grand total to £19,768.75.
Lloyd Davies, Managing Director of Convey Law, said:
“We are thrilled to have raised such a substantial amount for these fantastic charities. The success of the Q1 Charity Lotto is a testament to the generosity of our clients, and to our staff who have once again demonstrated their dedication to supporting those in need. We are incredibly proud of our team and grateful for the opportunity to give back to the community.”
The funds raised through the Q1 Charity Lotto will go a long way in supporting LATCH Welsh Children’s Cancer Charity, Velindre Cancer Centre, and Prostate Cymru, all of which provide essential services to those affected by cancer. The charities will use the donations to fund vital research, support cancer patients and their families, and raise awareness about the importance of early detection and treatment.
Convey Law is committed to making a difference in the community and is dedicated to supporting those in need and looks forward to continuing its fundraising efforts in the future and making a positive impact on the lives of those in need.May 2, 2023
