Enquiries Raised
The purchaser’s Conveyancer will review the contract documentation and will raise enquiries, which are legal questions to find out more information about the property.
Enquiries Answered
It is for the seller and their Conveyancer to answer the enquiries until the purchaser’s Conveyancer is satisfied that all issues have been resolved.

Once the purchaser’s Conveyancer is satisfied, the parties can agree a completion date and proceed to exchange of contracts.
At this stage, the client is legally bound to sell the property on the agreed completion date.
