Previously, Convey Law won the Medium Size Employer award at the influential Apprenticeship Awards Cymru, run in association with the Welsh Government and the National Training Federation of Wales.

Our Conveyancers

Our Conveyancers are legally qualified and set outstanding customer service standards. You will be assigned your own personal Conveyancer when you begin your journey with Convey Law who will explain the legal process to you in plain language and explain the steps required along the way to completing your remortgage.

Your Conveyancer will keep you fully informed at each stage and decode any legal jargon so that you understand exactly what is happening.

They will guide you through all the contractual dealings with your mortgage lender and help you to address any queries which arise.

Their sole aim is to make your experience with us as smooth and efficient as possible.

    Convey Law Lawyer Instructed

    The customer is sent our online Welcome Pack and other documents to complete and return, ideally within 5 working days

    Welcome Pack Returned

    The customer fully completes the Welcome pack and all required ID verification documents are submitted.

    Welcome Pack Reviewed

    Conveyancer reviews the pack and inputs the required information

    Mortgage Offer Received

    Lawyer receives a hard copy of mortgage, usually 3 to 5 days after the client receives theirs. Mortgage is Report sent to client.

    Mortgage Deeds Signed

    Mortgage Deed sent to client for signature

    Mortgage Funds Requested

    Mortgage funds and up to date redemption statements are requested

    Completion
    Convey Law receives the Mortgage funds and sends them to repay the existing Mortgage provider. The new Mortgage is now complete and active
    Registration of Mortgage
    Convey Law register the new Mortgage against the property at the Land Registry.
Convey Law Lawyer Instructed
