Convey Law & Friends Complete the Ty-Hafan Taff Trail Cycle Challenge
Newport Conveyancing Company succeeds in Brecon to Cardiff charity event.
The staff and friends of Convey Law, one of the UK’s largest specialist residential conveyancing companies, successfully completed the Ty-Hafan Taff Trail Cycle Challenge in support of the Cardiff based Childrens Hospice. The event, hosted on 1st September, consisted of a 52 mile cycle along the Taff Trail from Brecon to Cardiff.
Along the route, entrants enjoyed spectacular views across the Brecon Beacons as well as passing through the market towns of Merthyr Tydfil and Pontypridd; the route passed picturesque Castell Coch on the final approach into Cardiff, before finishing in Bute Park.
Over the past 3 years Convey Law has hosted, attended and sponsored many events in aid of Ty-Hafan, including monthly dress down days, the Midnight Sleep Walk and their Free Legal Fee Competition. The company have raised over £120,000.00 for Ty Hafan.
The Convey Law Taff Trail Team consisted of seven employees and five business colleagues. Each individual trained hard for the event, which paid off as each member of the Team successfully completed the course.

The Team all showed tremendous commitment to their training and fund raising we were all excited to tackle the course on Sunday. The staff, our business contacts, family and our friends at Monmouth RFC have all been wonderfully generous with their sponsorship donations.
“It was certainly a tough ride and there were a few sore bodies in the office on Monday morning but everyone did fantastically well to complete the course, especially given the fact this was the first time a number of the Team had taken up cycling since their youth.”
The Convey Law Ty Hafan Team are on course to raise over £5000.00 in sponsorship for the event and have set a target of £38,000.00 to be raised for Ty-Hafan in 2013.
