As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be joining a friendly and forward-thinking team where you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our innovative services and charitable initiatives.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Executive to enhance our online presence across Convey Law and associated companies. Key responsibilities include maintaining and optimising WordPress websites, developing UI/UX improvements to boost lead generation and collaborating on market research for B2B and B2C strategies.

The role requires a successful candidate to be proficient in HTML, CSS, technical SEO, and PPC management. Utilisation of tools and software including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Google Search Console and SEMrush or Ahrefs is essential, with HubSpot experience being a plus.

Daily this will involve:

  • Maintain and optimise WordPress websites.
  • Partner with our creative content and graphic design team to improve website UI, UX and lead generation funnel across our various websites.
  • Complete online market trend and audience research for B2B and B2C strategies.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in delivering a digital strategy including creation of digital content, email marketing and online advertising.
  • Develop online talent attraction strategies to promote opportunities and generate high levels of candidate applications.
  • Managing PPC campaigns when required.
  • Utilize Google platforms – including Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Search Console.
  • Work collaborative with Sales team using HubSpot, LinkedIn and other tools and apps, tracking responses and creating insight reports.

This hybrid role focuses significantly on web development, optimisation, and performance tracking to drive strategic growth. The candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and be able to work well both independently and as part of a team.

To be successful in the recruitment process you will need to evidence the following in your CV:

  • WordPress web-development and design experience.
  • UI & UX website development, HTML & CSS, (Preferrable: After Effect or Premier Pro).
  • Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Google Search Console and SEMrush or Ahrefs (or equivalent).
  • Managing PPC budget and campaigns.
  • HubSpot knowledge desirable.
