The Role

As a result of our ongoing achievements and strategic expansion plans, we are currently seeking a Remortgage Conveyancing Manager to join our successful team.  In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with the task of delivering unparalleled client service managing your own caseload as a fee earner while fostering the motivation and growth of your colleagues.

You will provide technical expertise and support to team members, assisting them in resolving complex conveyancing matters and act as a point of escalation for any issues or challenges that arise during the conveyancing process, offering effective solutions and guidance.

You will be responsible for achieving your individual and team targets.  Your dedication to excellence will be crucial in maintaining our track record of success and driving the team towards further accomplishments by leading by example in your day to day management of your team by developing a high performance culture where you train, coach, motivate and effectively manage the performance of your team.

The Individual

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable values and ethics that mirror our own culture values and to be successful in the recruitment process you will need to evidence the following in your CV:

  • Demonstratable experience of working in a fast-paced high volume as a fee earner specialising in remortgage conveyancing.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes and improve service efficiency.
  • Evidence of working towards targets or KPIs.
