Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimise multiple WordPress websites.
  • Update security and plug-in features as required.
  • Enhance technical website SEO.
  • Complete market research for B2B and B2C digital lead generation.
  • Improve organic search and increase website traffic.
  • Partner with the wider marketing team to improve website UI, UX and lead generation funnels.
  • PPC campaign management.
  • Utilize Google platforms to review and report on analytics and key insights (inc. Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Search Console.)
  • Liaise with the Graphic Designer to manage LinkedIn and Facebook social media accounts, including content scheduling, paid advertising and reports.
  • Improve email marketing sequences to grow email database.

Skills Required:

To be successful in the recruitment process you will need to evidence the following in your CV or cover letter:

  • Front end WordPress web-development and design experience.
  • Website optimisation and improved organic search ranking through technical SEO
  • UI & UX website development (Knowledge of HTML & CSS preferrable)
  • Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Google Search Console and SEMrush or Ahrefs (or equivalent).
  • Set up and management of PPC budgets and campaigns.
  • Proficient in Mail Chimp or Hubspot (or equivalent) for email marketing.
  • Knowledge of technical SEO best practices.

Education/ Employment History Requirements:

  • BA or higher in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3-years digital marketing experience.
