Salary Packages, Appraisals and Reviews

All individuals enjoy excellent salary remuneration packages, which are amongst the most competitive in the conveyancing industry. We provide a clear salary structure, which is linked to experience and promotion, with salary scales applicable to the roles within our environment. All employees enjoy regular appraisal reviews.

Bonus Scheme

The Convey Law Bonus Scheme applies to all individuals and is payable quarterly, based on the successful completion of achievable targets. The company provides an ex gratia discretionary bonus payment at Christmas.

Contributory Pension Scheme

Individuals enjoy a company contribution to match their pension contributions, in accordance with government recommendations.

Flexi Time

Whilst we endeavour to work to the normal business hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, individuals have the flexibility to vary their working hours, to accommodate special occasions.

Subsidised Parking

Subsidised car parking is available, either at our premises or at subsidised NCP car parks, within a short walk of our offices, at a cost of £1.00 per day – £20.00 per calendar month.

Holiday Cover

We employ sufficient additional staff to ensure that we are able to provide holiday cover when individuals are away on annual leave. This maintains consistency of service and provides piece of mind for whilst individuals are away from the office.


Additional Time Off – No Sickness Record – Punctuality

Individuals who have not taken any time off work due to sickness throughout the calendar year, enjoy an additional days holiday at the start of the following year. Individuals who are punctual throughout the year, enjoy a days holiday on Christmas Eve.

Long Service Awards

Long service awards recognise individuals who achieve 10 years’ service, with a celebratory lunch and a financial reward to celebrate their commitment to the business.

Company Competitions & Awards

Our in-house Conveyancing Academy professional Training & Development team cater for all individual and collective training requirements. We regularly surpass all regulatory CPD requirements. Professional course sponsorships are available to individuals for Licensed Conveyancer, Paralegal and other relevant qualifications.

Mentoring & Coaching

Our mentoring and coaching system works to ensure that Managers and Senior Conveyancers are appointed to help coach, nurture, mentor and train individuals to achieve their full potential.


Private Healthcare

Individuals enjoy the benefit of private healthcare packages to suit their requirements. Convey Law will meet 50% of the cost of the individual monthly private healthcare premiums, up to a maximum cost of £120.00 per employee per annum.

Gym Membership

The company provides benefits at both The Celtic Manor and Bannatynes Gym facilities in Newport, which includes a discounted signing up fee.
