Salary Packages, Appraisals and Reviews

Our Bonus scheme has been in operation for many years and is ingrained into the way that we work. Employees have the ability to earn bonus payments quarterly, based on the successful completion of achievable targets. Employees enjoy an ex gratia discretionary bonus payment at Christmas in recognition of commitment and hard work throughout the year.
Contributory Pension Scheme
Our company pension scheme ran by specialist pension providers at Crystal Trust. Employees who decide to make up to a 5% pension contribution each month from their salary enjoy an additional 3% contribution from Convey Law into their pension fund.
Whilst we all enjoy working “nine to five” during the week, employees may vary their working hours to take into account special occasions and difficult travel times. Employees who work overtime have the ability to take back additional hours worked as holiday and may be offered overtime during busy times of the year. Employees also have the ability to work back time taken as sickness or absence.
Subsidised car parking is available for employees, either at our premises or at subsidised NCP car parks, within a short walk of our offices, at a cost of £1.00 per day – £20.00 per calendar month.
Holiday Cover & Sick Pay
We employ sufficient additional staff to ensure that we are able to provide holiday cover when employees are away on annual leave. This maintains consistency of service and provides piece of mind for employees that their workload will be managed while they are away from the office. Employees will be offered discretionary company sick pay which will be assessed on the individual’s circumstances. Employees also have the ability to work time back.
Additional Time Off
On top of holiday entitlement, employees enjoy extra days off during the year:
- Full day off on your birthday!
- Employees who have not taken any time off work due to sickness throughout the calendar year, enjoy an additional day’s holiday at the start of the following year.
- Employees who are punctual throughout the year, enjoy a day’s holiday on Christmas Eve.
- Employees who provide skeleton cover over the Christmas period will also be offered extra days holidays.
Company Competitions & Awards
Our monthly Employee and Team Awards, Charity fundraising and other awards, recognise and reward individual and collective achievement. Recognition and reward is an integral part of our culture at Convey Law. Long service awards recognise individuals who achieve 10 years’ service, with a celebratory lunch and a financial reward to celebrate their commitment to the business.
Team Social Fund
We love a party at Convey Law and hold regular staff parties and social events throughout the year. In recent years we have enjoyed several trips to the rugby with our introducers of business, Charity Balls and fundraising events. Training & Personal Development
Our in-house Conveyancing Academy provides a bespoke practical learning programme with a transparent career path for each individual. Employees enjoy personal development coaching and leadership/management training as required.
We pay for 50% of the cost of employee private healthcare premiums up to a maximum cost of £120.00 per employee per annum.
