What are conveyancing disbursements?
Conveyancing disbursements are payments that you make through your conveyancer to third party organisations as part of the house moving process.
These include estate agency fees, Property Search Fees, Stamp Duty Land Tax/Welsh Land Transaction Tax and Land Registry Fees.
Please find below links to the Land Registry, HMRC and Welsh Revenue Authority websites where you can find more information relating to the respective Land Registry Fees, Stamp Duty Land Tax payments and Welsh Land Transaction Tax payments, which may be payable in relation to your conveyancing transaction.
