We Won Best in Postcode Award for Customer Service at ESTAS 2025

We’re proud to share that we’ve once again been recognised for our exceptional client service, winning a prestigious Best in Postcode Award from The ESTAS, the UK’s largest and most respected customer service awards in the residential property sector.
This latest accolade builds on our proven track record of excellence, having secured multiple ESTAS awards in previous years, including Best National Conveyancer in the UK, Best Regional Conveyancer for Wales, and Best in County – Newport at the 2024 ESTAS Awards, as well as the Silver National Award, the Welsh Award for the fourth consecutive year, and a coveted Grand Prix Award in 2023.
The ESTAS Awards are uniquely powered by thousands of verified client reviews submitted via the ESTAS online platform, collected at the end of the property moving experience. ESTAS independently monitors service ratings over a 12-month period, ensuring complete transparency and trustworthiness.
As a Best in Postcode winner, we’ve now been shortlisted to win a county, regional or national trophy at the prestigious ESTAS Awards ceremony, which will take place on 17th October 2025. The awards will once again be hosted by TV property expert Phil Spencer, in front of an audience of over 1,200 of the UK’s top property professionals.
