We operate to a revolutionary conveyancing system with specialist departments undertaking specific tasks throughout the conveyancing process. Our system of operation ensures that every conveyance is processed quickly and thoroughly, with the transaction constantly being reviewed and updated.
Our Conveyancing Teams are supported by a plethora of specialist Background Teams. The New Business and Welcome Pack Teams through to Title Checking and Post Completion Teams, all support the Conveyancing Teams to ensure that every transaction proceeds as quickly and thoroughly as necessary through to completion.
Convey Law is one of the largest specialist legal conveyancing companies in the UK. We act for a wide range of discerning private clients, many of whom instruct us though the Internet. We also act for a range of corporate introducers of businesses including Estate Agency Chains, Mortgage Lenders and Mortgage Broker Networks.
Our clients enjoy direct dial telephone and email contact facilities for their designated Conveyancer.
A Conveyancing Team will typically consist of two highly trained paralegals working with an experienced Conveyancer. Staff cover is always provided in order to ensure consistency of service. We monitor the number of conveyancing instructions that each Conveyancing Team has to manage, in order to ensure that consistency of service is maintained at all times.
Each Conveyancing Team within our environment is constantly audited and monitored to ensure consistency of service. Our Background Teams undertake specialist conveyancing tasks throughout the conveyancing process, in order to ensure that the Live Conveyancing Teams have the time to provide exceptional client service and to monitor transactions through to completion, quickly and effectively.
Our revolutionary conveyancing procedure has led to our Conveyancing Teams being able to record some of the fastest turn around times for completing property transactions in comparison to the national average. Our residential conveyancing transactions take on average between 6 – 8 weeks to complete, compared with the national average of 14 weeks. Approximately 90% of all our remortgage transactions complete within 5 working days of receipt of the offer of mortgage.
Our New Business Team make telephone contact with the client immediately upon instruction in order to help explain the transaction process and to provide the client with the appropriate contact information for their dedicated Conveyancer.
Our Welcome Pack Team has been designed to assist clients in completing the questionnaire documentation that forms and integral part of any conveyancing transaction.
Telephone support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please note that our Conveyancers do like to work to traditional working hours, but telephone support is available outside of normal working hours.
Online Case Tracking
All of our clients have access to view the progress of their property transactions online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Conveyancers utilise a bespoke Case Management System which incorporates our enhanced conveyancing systems and procedures. Our Case Management System is linked to our on-line case tracking facility with automatic updates being provided as work is undertaken on the transaction.
Our online Case Status facility provides the user with a concise paragraph, specifying the up to date position of the property transaction, in terminology that is easy to understand.
We enjoy working with introducers of business and clients who provide us with repeat business. Much of the work that we receive is by recommendation from introducers and clients who have enjoyed working with us.
