We are one of the largest residential Conveyancing Companies in the country specialising in transactional and remortgage work. Our Conveyancing Teams are adept at undertaking volumised transactional work, without compromising on the quality of service provided to each individual Client.
Service
Our Conveyancing teams boast some of the fastest turn around times for completing property transactions in today's market place. Our residential conveyancing transactions take on average between 6 - 8 weeks to complete, compared with the national average of 14 weeks.
Approximately 90% of all our remortgage transactions complete within 5 working days of receipt of the Clients offer of mortgage.
Our Management Team ensures the consistency of our service levels by constantly monitoring our staffing needs and capacity intake. Cover is always provided by our Relief Conveyancing Team as the need arises.
Our Clients enjoy the benefit of our Convey365 Client Liaison Team who undertake all necessary work in opening Client files and making the initial contact with the Client. Our Post Completion Team is responsible for dealing with Land Registry matters once the transaction completes. Our Conveyancers are consequently only dealing with "live" transactional work.
Our Clients also benefit from our extended opening hours during which time telephone support is provided 7 days a week between the following hours:
9.00am - 8.00pm, Monday to Friday
9.30am - 4.30pm, Saturday and Sunday.
Capacity
Due to our acquisition of an additional 8,000 square feet of office space at Maxwell Chambers in 2005 we have been able to increase our ability to offer our services to new Introducers. We are currently looking to increase both our residential transactional and remortgage departments.
We are currently looking to undertake remortgage work in blocks of 1,000 transactions at a time. Sufficient capacity is immediately available in this respect.
Information Technology
Our Conveyancers utilise a bespoke Case Management System which incorporates our enhanced systems and procedures. Our Case Management System is linked to e365, our on-line case tracking facility, offering all of our Clients and Introducers on-line access to monitor the progress of their property transactions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Working Relationships
We currently undertake volumised conveyancing for a number of corporations ranging from large Estate Agents, Brokers and Lenders. In the event that references are required, please do not hesitate to contact us.
